Cleanrooms are controlled environments designed to regulate air quality, pressure, and temperature, protecting sensitive processes from contamination. They are essential in industries where product quality, process safety, and strict regulatory compliance are critical.
At MGB Clean Rooms, we focus on the construction of cleanroom walls and ceilings, ensuring every structure meets ISO and GMP requirements. Our modular solutions provide flexibility, durability, and seamless integration with HVAC and door systems — supporting safe and reliable operations.
KEY FEATURES OF CLEANROOMS
CLEANROOM PANEL SYSTEMS
Wall Panels
- Construction: Modular sandwich panels, available as solid panels, glass walls, or Bi-Wall systems with concealed utilities.
- Core: Mineral wool for fire resistance, thermal and acoustic insulation, or aluminum honeycomb for lightweight strength and dimensional stability.
- Surfaces: Galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel; optional powder-coated, PET, or PVC laminated for chemical resistance and easy cleaning.
- Dimensions: Panel thickness 50–100 mm, widths up to 1200 mm, heights up to 3000 mm.
Ceiling Panels
- Construction: Load-bearing panels designed to integrate HEPA filters, lights, fire safety systems, and other ceiling-mounted equipment.
- Core: Mineral wool for fire resistance and insulation, or aluminum honeycomb for rigidity and lightweight stability.
- Surfaces: Galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel; optional powder-coated, PET, or PVC laminated for smooth, easy-to-clean, and disinfectant-resistant surfaces.
- Dimensions: Panel thickness 50–100 mm, widths up to 1200 mm.
